Construction Loan WV

I feel conflicted about writing this review, because I want Ed to be our secret weapon. He has closed 2 construction loans for us and is currently working on 2 more. Reliable, punctual, quickly responds to emails and most importantly, he gets the job done. Finding a deal is hard enough these days, it's nice to know that the financial aspect is taken care of. Thanks again Ed!

Very Professional

I closed 2 loans with Mr. Voccola in the past few weeks, both commercial loans. I did few projects in the past and worked with other brokers but always there was a problem with either the bank or the paperwork. Mr. Voccola was introduced to me about a year ago. I had a problem with a rely and no matter who I spoke to they all said impossible to get the loan done. Not only Mr. Voccola did the loan for me but also made it happen in less than 45 days. Since then I closed on 2 commercial loans and currently working on another one. He makes the loan process very enjoyable and I highly recommend Mr. Voccola to anyone......
